Once again, the capital city of Spain is gearing up to host its forthcoming 59th edition of fashion and style extravaganza, the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid.
Slated to take place from February 14 to 18, 2014, the event will feature an array of fall-winter 2014-2015 collections from a talented mix of young and seasoned fashion designers.
Designer Miguel Palacio will showcase his heavy on embroidery, prints and stones collection on the opening day of the event. The black, purple, green and red dominant line is made from exquisite materials like silk, georgette, crepe, tweed and technical fabrics.
Ace talent Francis Montesinos, from the autonomous community of Valencia, has taken inspiration from the trips of Italian merchant traveller Marco Polo for his new range, which will be staged on the second day of the soiree. Titled as ‘Silk on the Road’, the line will reflect the interesting vibes of ancient cultures.
Apart from the style studded catwalk shows from the established names, up and coming labels like Veronika Vimpelova and Rafael Cameselle will showcase their creations as part of the emerging designers’ platform, Samsung Ego 2014, at the event.
Other than the home-grown designers, the five-day-long fashion do will also display pieces from Peruvian brands like Meche Correa and Sitka Semsch.
Lima-based designer Jessica Butrich will present her spring-summer collection ‘Impossible Love’ at the event. Based on the story of a love relationship between a penguin and flamenco, the line is replete with retro, modern and tropical looks.

Treat your skin with rose oil.
Used by the Romans to treat everything from skin irritations to depression, the beauty benefits of rose oil are anything but new.
Containing a complex array of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, rose essential oil has excellent emollient properties for moisturising dry skin.
It also offers antiseptic and astringent properties to treat spot-prone skin, as well as anti-inflammatory power that help treat redness and inflammation. Rose oil can also help refine skin texture, controlling skin problems such as psoriasis.
A study has even shown that rose essential oil can help heal wounds, as inhaling it prevents water loss in the skin and lowers the concentration of the stress hormone cortisol in the body.
The down side is that rose oil can be incredibly expensive - it takes tens of thousands of petals to produce one ounce of oil - but it is potent, so only a tiny amount is needed.
There are two types of pure rose oil: otto and absolute. Otto is commonly used in skincare while absolute involves a more complicated extraction process and is preferred by perfumers.
Here are some rosy skin goodies to check out:
Dr Hauschka's Rose Day Cream
This rich, beautifully scented cream, with the extract of over 1,075 organic rose petals in each tube, strengthens the skin and soothes redness.
REN's Moroccan Rose Otto Firming Créme Riche
If you're on the hunt for a lightweight body cream, this sweet scented cream is the ideal choice. It hydrates and nourishes, while smoothing and firming the skin.
Aveda's Rose Absolute
Perfect for dry and mature skin, this pure essential oil is ideal for moisturising even the most sensitive complexion.
Weleda Wild Rose Day Cream
This all-natural, quickly absorbed cream is packed with oils of musk rose, peach kernel and almond, to nourish and revitalise.

Drew's 'death' lipstick

 prom dresses 2013
Drew Barrymore wants to create a pale lip product that is "flattering".
Drew Barrymore's "life mission" is to create a pale lip shade that won't make women look "dead".
The 38-year-old actress has her own make-up company Flower and loves coming up with new ideas according to the season.
Her latest aim is to create the perfect fair lip shade, as Drew feels most of the options out there make females look washed out.
"We have this great colour called Ginger Lily that is really a beautiful orange colour. And we just came out with a new crayon stick called Coral Floral; it's the best pop of orange-red colour, because as much as we love orange on the runway, we have to find a wearable orange in real life," she explained to vogue.com.
"I'm also obsessed with trying to create pale pinks that are flattering and won't make you look dead. That's my life mission. I've always loved to rock a nude lip, but I've looked at pictures of myself and there have been moments when I was like, 'Oh no! It looks like I'm missing half a face!'"
Drew - who is currently expecting her second child with husband Will Kopelman - graced the red carpet at the Golden Globes earlier this month. She wore a stunning petal-covered Monique Lhuillier dress and her honey-blonde hair down and straight.
Recalling how she prepared for the night, Drew revealed the secrets behind her beautiful locks.
"[Stylist] John D did my hair. It doesn't look like that in real life. I'm letting it go. The only thing I'm doing is the J. F. Lazartigue Shea butter mask. You can put avocado in there, too. You can get really creative," she explained.
"I love a nice pure Shea mask. I throw my hair in braids, and let it go for twelve hours. I see a difference. I don't see my split ends as much. If I do a shorter mask it looks conditioned and softer, but it can still look dry again immediately. I have a lot of split ends, so I'm always trying to tame those puppies."

PARIS FASHION WEEK TREND, WHITE EYESHADOW

Try a fresh, romantic makeup look.
 sexy evening dresses
Paris Fashion Week Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2014 is in full swing and it's all been pretty impressive so far. There have been several good beauty looks but this white eyeshadow-centric one from the Alexis Mabille show might just be our favourite so far.
Let's take a look...
A fresh look for 2014
What we loved about this beauty look is that it's both fresh and natural; it's the perfect new beauty look for a new year. Just look at the model's complexion, her skin positively glows! The essential ingredients for this look are as sparkling eyes, glowing skin and dewy lips. Sounds doable right? Of course it is! Just read on to get the look...
Get the look
First things first, it's time to get flawless skin. Apply some primerto your skin to even out your complexion and prepare your skin. Next apply some BB cream as a lightweight foundation. It'll help to make your complexion appear unified and glowy while still allowing your skin to breathe.
Now it's time to brighten up those peepers! Grab a highlighter and apply a small amount to the inner corners of your eyes. Next, take a white eyeshadow and start applying it to the inner corners of each eye, too. Blend the shadow outwards until you've covered the inner third of each eye. Use the photo opposite as a guide.
Outline your upper lashline with a black kohl pencil to make your eyes appear slightly bigger and finish with a coat of black mascara.
The model has some seriously defined brows going on. They work against the white shadow and add a little edge. Colour yours in and don't be afraid to exaggerate them for extra impact.
Dust some bronzer over your T-zone and your cheeks to enhance your cheekbones and bring a little definition to your look.

Saint Laurent’s menswear show goes bold

 red prom dresses
Stars turned out in throngs for Saint Laurent’s menswear show, the highlight of the last day of fall-winter 2014 Paris shows which included Lanvin, Paul Smith and Thom Browne.
Here are some key moments and tidbits from the finish line of the colorful menswear season.
SALMA HAYEK DRESSES IN MEN’S CLOTHES
Salma Hayek turned up at the very last minute for the Saint Laurent Paris show, attracting attention because she was dressed head to toe in men’s clothes.
But the “Frida” star who wore an androgynous dark “smoking” jacket, white shirt and menswear tie from a previous Saint Laurent menswear show, pulled the bold look off with style. She twinned it with a demure beehive.
Hayek was clearly invoking the legacy of the late, great Yves Saint Laurent who broke the mold as one of the first designers to blur the lines between men and women’s dressing with “Le Smoking.” Today’s designer Hedi Slimane, too, has continued the house’s androgynous spirit and put men’s codes in his women’s creations.
HEDI SLIMANE’S LAS VEGAS MEETS EAST LONDON
With the blinding lights of a Las Vegas casino, Slimane once again went back in time to the Rockabilly early-1960s.
Python shirts, pencil ties, black skinny jeans and a pale pink shimmering tuxedo were worn by slouching models.
They stomped about the catwalk clumsily with shades and metallic tassels from jackets that glittered in the bright Vegas lights.
It gave off a nice air of disco sleaze, at times.
But Slimane also gave a nod to London with his now familiar retro wardrobe. Check scarves and drape coats seeming to echo a sort of East End gangster, or a Teddy boy.
WILD LUXURY
Lanvin gave the rebellious punk boy of the street an injection of luxury.
Punk hairstyles, skinny ties, long think 1970s scarfs, bold prints and retro cyclamen pink blurred down the catwalk.
But Lanvin is about pure luxury: This rebel looked like he’d won the lottery and gone on a shopping spree sporting shimmering, couture fabrics and jackets and pants with finessed tailoring.

5 Things to Learn By 30

Things to do, places to travel, life bench-markers to have attained (this one tends to be a short, but ambitious mental list). For my 30th birthday, I find myself searching for a different kind of "list." One perhaps a little more forgiving, and an acknowledgment that life is more than anything else, a work-in-progress.
Here are my (suggested) five things to learn to do by the age of 30:
1) Acquire lessons from home. Talk to your parents honestly about their experiences, their successes and failures. Accept that every choice they made was earnest, that they did the best they could for you at any particular moment. And if they did not, well, accept that too. When I was 17 and left home for the first time, I thought my parents were perfect, and that their marriage was too. When I returned home as an adult, the largest lesson I learned from them was that 40 years of marriage does not just happen; that enormous tolerance, forgiveness, and selflessness is required. That's easy to say or write, but seeing it on a daily basis is something else. My parents talked in the evenings with an ease that I watched with a near anthropological-lens. Discuss mutual interests, debrief your day, take a moment for yourself, and routinely choose kindness. That seems to be one way to make it work.
2) Take your spirit, leave your baggage. These days "millennials" are on the move a lot. New York to San Francisco, back home to hopefully, some glam spot abroad. Travel light. And please, don't travel as a niche group, for marketers' sake. Don't buy gear to travel. Don't travel for jealousy-inducing social media purposes. It's one of the last areas of contemporary life that requires no enhancements. Book a ticket and a place to stay. The wonder of new skies, scents, and smiles is enough every time.
3) Appreciate being in flux. Thirty is supposed to be the year when adulthood is magically thrust upon us, or for our most together friends, 30 is the culmination of the right choices and good luck; a solid career, a mate, and a kick-ass apartment. There is no problem with having all of those things at 30, but there is no problem with not having them either. Most people when seeking a husband (or wife) are marrying the promise of something; life-long companionship, financial security, a kind of in-tact and permanent destiny. But the truth is that there is no so such thing as security. Businesses fail, careers veer off track, people change, love transforms, money goes. For most of us, every aspect of our lives won't line up perfectly at the same time-not at 30 or 70. The best thing to do is appreciate being in flux and (in my mum's words): face the truth of each moment and find the joy in it.
4) Do good work and respect good workers. Have one thing you're proud of that you've accomplished and one thing you're excited for about the future. Approach your chosen work with care and gratitude. Contribute to your community and society in ways that are peaceful and meaningful. Admire world leaders, changemakers, and worthwhile public personalities, but cherish the people who make up your daily life and keep it all going. Parents and siblings, friends and colleagues, transportation workers, food servers, garbage collectors. Reserve your greatest respect for them.
5) Absorb and create. Sing. Dance. Write. Doodle. Read books. Watch movies. Listen to music. Making stuff is good for you. Nourish your mind and spirit with a rich cultural diet. As with real food, be discerning. If it makes you feel slightly sick, turn it off. You need to fiercely protect your mental and creative space. Never think of time spent absorbing good culture as a waste. This is the time that affirms and sustains us.

Suhail Kwatra outfits Boston’s stylish socialites

Suhail Kwatra with Tiffany Ortiz.
 long prom dresses uk
Dressed head-to-toe in tailored black, and with a well-stocked garment bag in hand, Suhail Kwatra walked up to the stylish modern home. The front door opened well before the slender salesman could reach the steps.
Handing the bag to his personal assistant, Kwatra leaned in for double cheek air kiss with his beaming client, Sinesia Karol, a Brazilian transplant and swimwear designer who was in search of something to wear to a friend’s 40th birthday party.
“Hi honey, how are you? How was your trip?” Kwatra asked, stepping into the foyer.
Open doors and open arms are typical for Kwatra, the top salesman for Saks Fifth Avenue’s Prudential Center store. The 31-year-old generated sales in the seven-figure range last year by making personal, high-fashion house calls to top clients at their suburban manses, luxury Back Bay townhouses, or suites at the Mandarin Oriental. Clothing, shoes, accessories — he brings it all, helping his clients decide on the best looks.
“It’s an experience I want to deliver,” said Kwatra, whose big brown eyes and effervescent personality charm his clientele. “That’s why they come to me. You should see my folder. I have the name of the dog, what biscuit they like, what wine the women drink. There’s so much homework and research.”
In addition to Karol, client visits last week included a date with Tiffany Ortiz in Weston where the wife of Red Sox slugger David Ortiz was on the hunt for a dress to wear to the Sundance Film Festival this weekend in Park City, Utah.
After setting up two portable clothing racks in the Ortiz family room, Kwatra, his assistant Bianca R. Carney, and Ortiz began examining the possibilities.
“I just want to be warm,” Ortiz said. “Practical more than fashionable.”
The mother of three gave a quick “no” to a black and white Pucci dress with a few too many jewels. She then slipped into a red neoprene cocktail dress by Cushnie et Ochs before declaring it “too domestic.”
“This is sexy. Who is this?” Ortiz asked, holding up a body-skimming forest green dress with black piping.
“Stella McCartney,” Kwatra purred. “I love it.”
Ortiz zipped it up and agreed.
“I feel like a bad ass,” she said. “Whatever he puts me in, there’s a certain mood that comes out. I feel powerful.”
Ortiz, who met Kwatra at a Red Sox Foundation fashion show three years ago, enjoys working with him because he forces her to be more adventurous.
“I’m one of the best examples of his work. Without him, I’d be in flannel for most occasions,” she said.
Finally, Ortiz declared a winner: a white knit Alexander McQueen dress and a midnight leather jacket by The Row.
“Success!” she said, handing the pieces to Kwatra, who, in turn, handed them to Carney to write up the sales receipt.
“I still can’t believe I get paid for this,” said Carney, who has been working for Kwatra since October. “These women love him. It’s almost like therapy for them.”
Indeed, some might call him a therapist. Breanna Kirk, a neighbor of Ortiz, thinks of Kwatra more as a “consigliere” to Boston women. The Weston mom has shopped with Kwatra only once — last fall when she needed a gown for Massachusetts General Hospital’s Storybook Ball.
In truth, Kirk was more nervous about meeting the celebrated salesman than finding the right frock. “What does one wear to go meet Suhail?”
Once over her jitters, Kirk suggested Dolce & Gabbana, but Kwatra worried too many other gala guests would be wearing the sexy Italian label.
“He said, ‘You’ll see yourself coming and going,’” she remembered. “He knows what the room will look like.”
That kind of vision has been second nature to Kwatra since childhood when his fashion career began. He grew up in India where his family runs a wholesale apparel company in New Delhi.
“My father would take me to trade shows when I was little, and he’d let me pick sample sets,” he recalled. “I’d go to hotel rooms to meet with buyers. That’s how it started.”
When he was 16, his family moved to Weston, but they returned to India shortly thereafter. Kwatra came back to study economics at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, but started working at French Connection on Newbury Street after graduating in 2005. A job in Saks’ contemporary department soon followed, and the company transferred him to its Fifth Avenue store when he decided to attend Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.
He returned to Boston in 2008 as brand ambassador for Dolce & Gabbana in Saks’ designer department, and recalled the sale that launched his career into overdrive. A woman, not a regular Saks customer, called in search of a coat by the Dutch label Pauw.
“I said, ‘This is what I would put together with it.’ She said, ‘What else do you have?’ I was walking her over the floor on the phone. It turned out to be a huge sale, about $50,000,” he said.
That relationship endures still, and it taught Kwatra the value of customer service. He started seeking out special pieces, even ones Saks didn’t carry in Boston. Word of mouth spread and his client list lengthened. In August 2012, he styled his first major production, a charity fashion show on Nantucket for Berkshire Hills Music Academy. His “girls,” as he affectionately refers to his clients, walked the runway, and Kwatra dressed them in outfits based on their personal tastes.
“We did $300,000 in two hours,” he said.
Gretchen Pace, general manager of Saks in Boston, said there’s no minimum to spend to work with Kwatra, but clients should expect a partnership that will “push the boundaries of your style.”
“You don’t need a Suhail to get you another size,” she said.
Kwatra said his goal is “to be No. 1 in the company,” though his father still wants him to return to India to run the family business. “It’s an Indian pride thing.”
His clients hope he stays around. Sinesia Karol, who has worked with Kwatra for almost a year, said the relationship transcends salesman and customer. At their appointment last week, Karol scooped up a pair of Givenchy leather pants, a pair of orange, black, and white python pumps by Christian Louboutin and a blue Givenchy envelope clutch.
The sale completed, Kwatra stayed to sip mimosas and planned a lunch date with Karol for this week. Going the extra mile, he said, is worth the trip.
“I’m not 9-to-6 and I’m done,” he said. “My job starts after work, really. That’s when you build that rapport.”
Karol noted his thoughtfulness knows no bounds — or time zones, for that matter. On a vacation to India last fall, Karol got a text message from one of Kwatra’s cousins.
“Before we knew it, she met us at an art gallery,” she said. “She took us to see two amazing fashion designers, and out to lunch. How fabulous is that?”

Look Younger Today with 2 Anti-Aging Cures for 2014

Anti Aging Cure
 long prom dresses uk
Think it’s impossible to do something today that will make you look younger tomorrow? Think again as Dr. Oz shows you how to begin to look younger today with his anti-aging cure advice for 2014.
“It’s 2014 but you don’t have to look a day older this year because I have your whole-body anti-aging guide. I am going to reveal the simple things you can do today to look younger tomorrow,” says Dr. Oz as he tells viewers that you can put the brakes on aging with new science using natural cures that can help you avoid plastic surgery to look younger.
With Dr. Oz is special guest Sharon Giese, M.D., a cosmetic plastic surgeon to help explain to viewers that there are non-surgical secrets to looking younger. The following is summary of Dr. Oz’s and Dr. Giese’s latest anti-aging advice:
Anti-aging Natural Cure #1: Vitamin B3 for Wrinkles
In your foods, vitamin B3 is well-known as an energy booster, but recent research now shows that a relative of the nutritional vitamin B3 is a newer form of vitamin B3 called “niacinamide” that can be found in the latest skin care products that some refer to as “Botox in a bottle.” Dr. Oz tells viewers that the “niacinamide” form of vitamin B3 can plug fine lines and help eliminate wrinkles, and that it works by repairing skin cells through increasing capillary dilation and improving blood flow.
“B3 is a triple threat for aging skin—it boosts three kinds of proteins,” says Dr. Oz as he tells viewers that together, the 3 proteins make skin look younger as follows: One of the proteins helps by plumping up the skin; a second protein referred to as a “hydration protein” helps by preventing skin dryness; while the third protein has a structural role that retrains the skin to undo existing wrinkles.
“A natural anti-inflammatory, vitamin B3 can keep your skin supple and smooth,” adds Dr. Oz.
“I just love the idea of vitamins for the skin…vitamin B3 in particular is great because it is absorbed through the skin,” says Dr. Giese. “It’s not harsh and it helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Dr. Giese tells viewers when looking for a skin care product that contains vitamin B3, look for the word “niacinamide” on the label. To apply the proper dose, she recommends a nickel-size dollop of a vitamin B3-containing face cream applied gently over the entire face and neck twice a day. Because the skin cells renew every 3 weeks, she tells viewers that you can expect to see noticeable results in one month.
Anti-aging Natural Cure #2: Bearberry Extract for Age Spots
“It’s a natural compound found in the Bearberry plant. This all-natural skin brightener is gentle on your skin, but tough on pigment,” says Dr. Oz. “Science shows that this extract slows down the melanin producing enzyme—preventing and reversing the dark spots of aging.”
According to D. Giese, all women regardless of skin color or tone will get age spots due to exposure to the sun that causes free radicals in the skin to raise melanin pigments close to the skin’s surface. These pigments are made by melanocyte cells deeper in the skin from which the melanin protein migrates up and often clumps together resulting in the age-related tell-tale spotting that mars the skin’s appearance.
According to Dr. Oz, the Bearberry extract works by breaking up those clumps of pigment that have migrated to the skin’s surface and therefore is a true natural, anti-aging skin spot remover.
“With Bearberry, you melt away that melanin created by these melanocytes and so you don’t have those deep, dark pigmentations anymore,” says Dr. Oz.
Dr. Giese tells viewers that when looking for a Bearberry age spot removing serum, to choose those that are labeled as “Bearberry Extract” or “Arbutin Serum.” Her recommendation is to apply the extract before applying your moisturizer every evening and to give the extract at least 6 weeks to do its magic.
“It took a long time for those spots to get there, and so it’s going to a little bit longer to lose them from your skin,” says Dr. Giese.

'Irish pixie' adds some stardust to NY catwalks

Laura O'Grady

 SheinDress backless prom dresses
YOUNG Irish model Laura O'Grady is taking an even bigger slice from the Big Apple. The Dublin teenager has flown back to New York after impressing model bosses with her quirky look.
Laura, who spent a lot of time Stateside last year, was flagged as one to watch by fashion magazine Elle and this week another British publication referred to her as the "next big model".
She is now signed to three different agencies in the world's biggest fashion capitals of London, New York and Paris.
A native of Castleknock, Laura will spend the next few weeks attending photoshoots and castings for the latest New York fashion week next month.
She is also likely to walk the spring editions of the London and Paris fashion weeks this year.
Laura, who walked into the office at Select while on a trip to London and was signed on the spot, said she is more suited to the catwalk.
"I am definitely more of a runway/editorial model, based on my look," she told the Herald.
"Anything high fashion is really up my street and is something I have a really strong passion for."
PRESTIGIOUS
The 19-year-old was home for Christmas but returned to the US this week where she is living in an apartment with other young models.
During September's Paris Fashion Week, Laura achieved what most models would kill for when she walked for one of the world's most prestigious fashion labels -- Saint Laurent.
The feat came in her first year as a full-time model and just months after she completed her Leaving Cert last summer.
The young Dubliner enjoyed her first taste of London Fashion Week in 2012 and last year had the honour of opening the show for top designer Bora Aksu.
The model, who is now based in London, is often referred to as the "Irish pixie" due to her pale complexion, green eyes and small features.
She was discovered by model scout Anne Morgan when she entered a modelling competition in Dundrum in 2010 at the age of 15
"The first thing I noticed about Laura, apart from her completely unique look, was her incredible knowledge of the industry," said Anne.
It was decided that her "international look" was best suited for the catwalk overseas and she was signed by Select Model Management in London in 2012.
She is now also signed to Supreme Management in New York and Paris agency Women.

Beauty Trends for a Gorgeous 2014

Beauty Trends for a Gorgeous 2014
 blue prom dresses
This season, party make up is more wearable than just “wacky” looks. The earlier over-the-top looks have been recast into the time honoured techniques with a fresh spin. This is the season to go gorgeous. Some make up tricks can make you look like a diva of the party.
Half the fun of a party is in deciding what to wear and dressing up can be fancier than the usual. The make up should be shimmery and just bold enough. Keep in mind that the make up has to last longer than usual. Whether you have big or small plans, you would want to look radiant and smear-free. A few things to be kept in mind -
Make up
Apply a primer on your eyelids before using the eye shadow to make it stay longer.
Heat up your eyelash curler so that eyelashes have a permanent hold.
Using a cream blush is a better way to achieve a sheer wash of colour.
Use a lip liner first and then fill them up and apply the lip colour in quick brush strokes to achieve a crack-free finish.
Eye make up
Blue smokey eyes blended upwards in a modified cat eye. Blue is softer than brown or black once blended.
The other look one can opt in 2014 is to apply a deep greyish brown on the upper lid line and blending it. Then just add a slight tint of purple on the upper lash line to look glamorous.
For the lips, red and pink in all their permutations will be in fashion.
Skincare
Apart from cleansing, toning and moisturising, it is important to exfoliate your skin on a regular basis, like every week or once in two weeks. Exfoliation helps to remove the dead skin cells and keeps the skin fresh and aglow.

Beauty Rituals for a Sexy Back

Beauty Rituals for a Sexy Back
 SheinDress.co.uk
With backless cholis and low-back dresses ruling the current fashion scene, a flawless back is just as trendy as the outfits revealing it. But let’s face it; a flawless back is something not many of us are blessed with. Thankfully, with a little effort, achieving a toned and sexy back is very much possible. If you are simply fascinated by the idea of wearing a sexy choli to your friend's wedding, then we suggest you to get cracking now. Follow these beauty rituals to flaunt a gorgeous back and trendy backless outfits with confidence.
Go for skin treatments: Acne, blackheads and dark spots are not just limited to your face. Even your back is prone to these skin problems due to the secretion of sebum oil. However, most of these can be treated with the help of microdermabrasion, which is nothing but a skin exfoliating treatment. Having said that, make sure that you consult a dermatologist before you go ahead with such skin treatments.
Have a spa-cial time: You don’t need an excuse to pamper yourself, do you? Your beauty ritual for a flawless back is almost incomplete without a visit to the spa. However, when we say pampering we don't just mean your face, hands and legs. Go for a back-enhancing facial as well if you fancy those dresses with cross back straps and backless cholis.
Trust a back polish: Flaunting a sexy back is a huge trend these days. So how about showing some TLC to your back by indulging in a hydrating back polish? A back polishing service once in a while is therefore a good investment. Treat your back with the goodness of nourishing oils such as almond and olive oil and see your skin glow.
Follow home remedies: If you don’t have the time and energy to visit a spa or a salon every month, then we suggest you try some home remedies for that sexy back. Massage your back with fresh aloe vera gel or a paste made out of oatmeal and honey at least once a week. These natural ingredientswork as excellent exfoliators and leave your skin feeling smooth and supple.
Dab some make up: Yes, that’s why we think make up is the most wonderful gift to womankind! If you want to wear that gorgeous backless dress to the next party, all you have to do is dab a bodyfoundation following a compact powder to give your back that smooth creamy look. But make sure to use a water-free foundation ‘coz you wouldn’t want to stain your clothes.
Stick to routine skincare: By now you will know that stepping out of the house without moisturising your skin is a complete no-no. And if you are one of those who neglects the back, then you are far away from achieving the desired results. Include your back while moisturising your body after a bath, and also get it waxed once in a while to avoid any skin breakouts. Also, make sure to massage your back with a mixture of lemon and glycerin right after the procedure to sooth your skin.
Weight training is the key: Last but not the least, if you have not paid too much attention to your back while you spent endless hours on the treadmill, it’s not too late for you to start working out for a well-sculpted back. But cardio is not the key to achieve a 'wow' back; work on shaping, toning and sculpting your back by introducing weight training at least two to three times a week in your workout regimen.
Here are some exercises to help you get a sexy back.
